Adopting an ecosystem-based approach to watershed management in Comoros
In this project, we work with the government of Comoros to implement a LDCF-financed climate adaptation project that leverages nature-based solutions and better watershed management for resilience. The project is a 6 year initiative that started in 2017.

We provide Quality Assurance and Monitoring expertise through the Green Climate Fund Secretariat.
Development of Capacity for Climate Finance in Dem. Rep. of Congo
Our work was conducted in the context of a climate finance readiness project, delivered by FAO in the DRC. We conducted a capacity assessment of the National Designated Authority, developed a capacity development strategy and delivered training on accessing climate finance.
Leveraging Forecast Based Financing and Adaptive Social protection in Indonesia
In support of World Food Programme in Indonesia, we are developing a project concept note that will leverage climate information services, early warning systems, in the service of adaptive social protection and local resilience.

In partnership with the GEF and UNDP Independent Evaluation Offices, we conducted the third Joint Evaluation of the GEF Small Grants Programme.
“Resilient Food and Nutrition Security in Lao PDR” project for submission to the Green Climate Fund*
Working with UNDP and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, we are developing an initiative to transform food production in response to climate change
Improved climate risk management through forecast-based financing and enhanced community resilience in Lao PDR
We partner with the World Food Programme to develop a project concept that will establish a system of forecast based financing as a means for supporting early and anticipatory action in response to climate hazards.
Regional Climate Risk Management for local resilience in the Ganges-Brahmapudra-Meghna River Basin
We team up with the World Food Programme in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan to develop a project for financing by the SAARC Development Fund.
Adaptation to climate change in the Rice Sector in Madagascar
Throughout this 5 year project, our team provided the services of a Chief Technical Advisor, who supported the national coordinating unit. The project aimed to deliver climate adaptation action in the rice sector using a value chain approach.
Strategic Climate Change Technical and Financing advice (Viridis Terra Innovations)
Our team provides support to Viridis Terra International in accessing climate finance to launch and implement the Trees of Lives initiative
BIOREACH: Mainstreaming biodiversity conservation and upscaling natural resource management agro-ecological practices across productive landscapes in Trinidad and Tobago with a focus on the eastern corridor.
